We are all seeking an environment that enables growth.

Plants and nature teach me about human nature.

What defines a single plant? Not a leaf, or stem, or pot, but its ability to spawn unique growth. An individual plant is part of a larger ecosystem, and despite its hunger to live, cannot thrive without the right environmental conditions: sunlight, water, humidity, well-draining soil.

As a part of my journey to understanding the most impactful ways for individuals and organizations to align, I have seen similar dependencies and nuances in plants. I believe that there is much we can learn from nature — the innovation of the rainforest, the coordination of the bees, the ways atoms interact — that can exemplify how we can all best collaborate for common good. Below, you can see some of my growing plant collection.
